Bala Ochangco 

Balaram Ochangco, (b.1990) is a multidisciplinary digital video content creator at Seeing Things studio - a Dubai based creative agency. Bala’s expertise ranges from Fashion, Travel, Branded Contents, Corporate and Government Events, and NFTs.

With more than 12 years of experience in film and content creation, Bala has successfully created and directed content for various brands including Louvre Abu Dhabi, Irthi Contemporary Arts Council, Faces, Cartier, Audemars Piguet, TAG Heuer, Emaar-Dubai Mall, Pocari Sweat, Alserkal Avenue, Cinema Akil, Coega, Riva, Mama’s and Papa’s, Cafe Nero and FujiFilm Middle East.

Bala has been a vegetarian since birth and grew up in a monastery in the Philippines. During his university days Bala’s relentless passion for film and photography brought him, both national and international awards. Bala has also granted a full-scholarship from his university for outstanding skills in filmmaking and photography. After graduating, as a form of gratitude and pay-it-forward mentality he occasionally conducts talks and seminars at his alma mater and other universities in the Philippines to encourage, motivate, and inspire students to pursue creating art regardless of the challenges they encounter.

In 2017, for a year and a half, Bala branched out of the creative aspect of his life and pursued a career as a Data Analyst for an entertainment application. After learning and developing skills as a Data Analyst, Bala co-founded a digital marketing studio with an ambition to contribute to the ever growing arts scene in the Philippines.
